Recruitment Process

It is invaluable to establish effective communication from the outset. Once a vacancy has been registered, a consultant will visit the client’s premises to familiarise themselves with the Company, culture, environment and the role to be filled.

		We obtain candidates from a number of sources to ensure that only the most appropriate applicants are selected:- The position is advertised, and CVs are shortlisted. Our comprehensive database is searched for a suitable candidate.

		We will interview the shortlisted applicants before sending you any candidates. We will only put forward those candidates we feel will fully meet all your needs and criteria for the role.

		We will assist you in the preparation for interviews: This may include interview training, interview questions, assessment tests.

		We will liaise throughout with all the successful and unsuccessful candidates on your behalf.

		Should you require assistance during the process, be it interview training or general preparation and guidance, we have a team of experienced consultants and trainers to hand.

Candidate Registration

Our in-depth process of interviewing to establish career history, expectations, level of skill and to learn more about the individual, means that we match not only the skills to your criteria, but match the person to the organisation.
We will also undertake skills tests for those candidates and roles that may require it.
