Quality Staff

We train our staff fully.  We provide a certificate of standard for all our staff.  We do not send them to a job until they have passed our course and we are satisfied with their level of skill.

All temporary staff are trained and/or tested in Health & Hygiene.

Each applicant is interviewed and undergoes a thorough screening process by an experienced consultant to determine skill levels and experience, this includes reference checking.

Our code of conduct ensures that all temporary and casual staff are clear as to the importance
of adhering to the uniform and personal hygiene policy.  We rigorously enforce and monitor these procedures.

Consultants

No one understands the Catering and Hospitality sector as well as we do.  By working in partnership with you we can understand your needs and your business.  We can then ensure
the right placement is made. 

Premium Services

We provide and source experienced temporary and permanent staff, from fully trained Silver Service waiting staff,  Front of House and Kitchen Porters to Chefs.

We offer an out of office hours on-call service to our clients, 365 days a year.

Where appropriate we will hold quarterly meetings with our clients to ensure that our customers remain satisfied with our service and actively encourage feedback.

Our emphasis is on customer care and quality.

When advanced bookings are entered into our system, all requirements are noted and staff details are sent in advance.

When an immediate booking is taken we will call the client within 15 minutes of the initial call to give progress update or the name of the person and expected time of arrival.

After a booking we contact our clients for any feedback.  Comments are logged and acted upon.  
At large events, and/or if applicable, our consultants will come and personally check-in the staff that have been booked to ensure your standards are maintained.
